Kyron the Conqueror is off to the editor and I have started writing The Kelad Return
I haven’t decided what will follow the Kelad Return – either the next Taroniah book or something new….
Been a bit slack with the writing over the last couple of months but will try and do better between now and the end of the year.
For what it is worth, apart from Pam Uphoff books I have been reading books by someone called peachRoad (sigh)
they are alt history books with the ordinary person from the future taking over a historical figure and changing things.
As a rule they are badly formatted and full of inconsistancies with a lot of obvious AI writing but the way the author changes the timelines is very clever. Can;t recommend them but they are interesting if you like alt history.

Just got the “Schools” book looking forward to reading it today 🙂
PeachRoad, yeah the speed they churn out books is crazy but, bar the formatting (which is understandable actually as they seem to be Chinese),
the level of detail and mostly correct technical stuff is impressive
Love how they use slightly altered names of American politicians as the main character’s original name, lol, though the fictional characters are nothing like those gits, thankfully!
Donald Drumpf, Rubio, etc 😛

Yeah! you are writing more Taroniah & Kyron! I would totally read Bargan’s story if the book was on KU. I had checked out the first one of these Fantastic School anthologies ed. by Nuttall and the sample was awful, so never read any more of it or any of the others. I will wait for the full length novel about Bargan and his school days. 🙂 Looking forward to Kyron’s next book.
Since you mentioned other authors/books, I just read an interesting series, the last one came out two days ago, all on KU. Totally not something I would have normally read based on the title, description, etc. I don’t really like LitRPG, because the few that I sampled I couldn’t get into them even though they are popular. I don’t really care for young children having feature roles, but this series was so well done, the children were normal children in an impossible situation but the MC/POV was the mother … “Apocalypse Parenting” by Erin Ampersand. This I would recommend (or I wouldn’t have mentioned it).
Sometimes it is just good to relax and read, it helps me at least, reset my attitude and interest in other things.
