You will be pleased to know that I have finished the 1st draft of book 5 – Sailing East. And yes it will be the next book published. The vote was overwhelming for that to be next.
I am not happy with a couple of sections but I am letting it sit for a few weeks before I go back and look at the sections I am not happy with. Hopefully it can go to the editor late January or early February.
I should have the paperback version of Rolling South available early next week.

I have enjoyed reading your alternate history series and I am thirsting for more! I have often thought how history could have changed if the steam engine that the Romans knew about (in a very simple form) could have been developed instead of viewed as just a toy.

Love the entire series great work with using multiple points of view to provide a greater context in the world. Can’t wait for book 5 as you are one of my favourite authors.
